Hi there, and welcome! I’m Angie—a mom of four boys, a travel-obsessed former anxious flyer, and a points-and-miles enthusiast who has unlocked over $100,000 in nearly free travel!
If you’re looking to see more of the world without spending a fortune, without losing your mind, and with kids in tow (or not!)—you’re in the right place.
For the last few years, I’ve been sharing my journey over on Instagram, where I teach families and everyday travelers how to:
• Find and book crazy good flight deals (like lie-flat business class seats for just the taxes)
• Use credit card points and miles strategically (even if you’re a beginner)
• Travel smarter and more comfortably + my fave products ton make it easier (yes—even with kids!)
• Say “yes” to more adventures without saying “no” because of your budget
I believe that travel makes us kinder, happier, and more connected. But I also believe it doesn’t have to be overwhelming—or reserved for the rich, retired, or ultra-flexible.
Some fun things to know about me:
• I’m the daughter of a pilot and used to be terrified of flying (ask me how I got over that!)
• I teach about travel tips, flight deals, and stress-free travel tools and I am obsessed with leveraging my everyday spend to earn over a million points per year!
• We’ve done Hawaii, Mexico, Greece and more all while using points, perks, and strategies I can’t wait to share with you here (This year we are headed to France, London and French Polynesia- here we come, Bora Bora!)
This blog is an extension of what I share on Instagram, but in a slower-paced, more helpful format where I can go deeper into:
• Step-by-step tutorials on how to earn and use travel points
• My favorite gear, apps, and systems for efficient travel
• Destination guides and sample itineraries
• Behind-the-scenes of how I plan our family trips (and how you can, too)
Thanks for being here! If you want a fun place to start, check out my free resources section or come say hi over on Instagram @AngiesTravelTips!
I’m so excited to help you travel better—for less.
